Qualification Purpose

The qualification is designed to provide learners with practical experience and theoretical knowledge required for employment or further training. By completing additional qualifications, this diploma could lead to job roles such as:

Age Ranges

Entry is at the discretion of the centre. However, learners must be aged 16 and over to undertake this qualification.

Learner Entry Requirements

​

Learners should be competent in literacy and numeracy to help with elements of communication and written assignments. Centers may use diagnostic testing methods to determine how they can support learners.

Assessment Methods

This qualification is internally assessed. Each learner must create a portfolio of evidence that demonstrates achievement of all the learning outcomes and assessment criteria associated with each unit.
